1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to y200m. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y200m platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y200m as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the y200m platform.

These terms should be read together with y200m's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use the y200m platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling activities in Malaysia or the relevant jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting as a representative or agent for any third party during registration or account use.
• Registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at y200m. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all accumulated wins.

3Account Usage and Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your y200m account. This includes all wagering, transactions, changes to personal information, and any other actions carried out through your account login.

• Keep your password secure and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong password — a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security provided by y200m.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact y200m customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Y200m will never request your account password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from y200m, it is a fraud attempt and you should report it to our support team immediately.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Y200m supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Y200m reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used at any time.
• Any attempt to make a deposit using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your y200m account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 and 30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 working hours to process.

Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the member's responsibility. y200m does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals that comply with platform policy.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Y200m offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specified rollover requirements (wagering conditions) before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per individual, household, or IP address.
• Wagering bonus funds on certain games may not count or may count at a reduced rate toward rollover requirements — please check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Y200m reserves the right to void bonuses and bonus-derived wins if there is evidence of promotion abuse or bet coordination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until rollover requirements are met.

Y200m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already received and currently undergoing rollover will not be affected by the termination of such promotions.

6Game Rules

All games available on the y200m platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, and poker — are operated in accordance with the specific game rules set by the respective game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies to ensure fairness and randomness.
• All confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or disputed game outcome, y200m reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the wagered amount to the player.
• For Sports Betting, all odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed by the system.
• Bets placed after a match has started (for games that do not offer live betting) will be voided and stakes refunded.

For Live Casino games with real dealers, results announced by the dealer are final. Any technical issues affecting the smooth running of a live game will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy, and y200m's decision is final.

7Prohibited Conduct and Activities

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the y200m platform:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the y200m platform to process or conceal money derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, sharing accounts, or placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to meet rollover requirements.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in competitive games to exploit weaknesses or compromise the fairness of play.
• Use of bots: Using any automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or providing false information during the KYC process.

8Account Closure and Suspension

Y200m reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

Voluntary Account Closure:

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting y200m customer support.
• Prior to account closure, all eligible real-money funds (after deducting any bonus amounts that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member.
• Closure requests will be processed within 3 working days.

Account Closure by y200m:

• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, y200m reserves the right to forfeit all balances including winnings.
• If the closure is due to technical or administrative reasons through no fault of the member, all real money balances will be refunded in full.

9Limitation of Liability

The y200m platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, y200m makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruptions, delays, or technical errors.

• Y200m is not liable for any loss or damage arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
• Y200m is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by players.
• Y200m's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Y200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Members will be notified of changes via in-platform announcements, registered email, or app notifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the y200m platform after any amendments are published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where y200m operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall not be affected.
